職位描述

【崗位職責(zé)】 高級(jí)詳圖經(jīng)理將管理一個(gè)詳圖部門，監(jiān)督工程師提供的簡(jiǎn)單或極其復(fù)雜的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙深化為車間制作圖紙的過(guò)程，以及材料采購(gòu)清單。該經(jīng)理將監(jiān)督結(jié)構(gòu)鋼構(gòu)件中包括主框架、次框架、支架、梯子、扶手、平臺(tái)、輸送帶、冷鍛結(jié)構(gòu)、屋頂和墻板、裝飾、螺釘、螺栓、絕緣保溫材料以及各種其他設(shè)備。 該經(jīng)理還將管理余熱鍋爐套煙囪、板片、煙風(fēng)道、次結(jié)構(gòu)以及電廠的大型板片的詳圖。 需提供包括有零件編號(hào)和安裝標(biāo)記的安裝圖紙，作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝指導(dǎo)說(shuō)明，描述建筑物或結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該如何安裝。 The Senior Detailer will manager a department of detailers and will supervise simple to extremely complex design documents produced by engineers into shop drawings for fabrication， as well as bills-of-material for purchasing. This manager will oversee detailing of structural steel members primary framing， secondary framing， braces， ladders， handrails， platforms， conveyors， cold-formed members， roof and wall panels， trim， screws， bolts， insulation， and a variety of other equipment. The detailer will also manage detailing for Heat Recovery Steam Generator ducts & casing， stacks， secondary steel， and large ducting for power plants. Erection drawings must be created for field use with part numbers and erection marks as an instruction guide， describing how the building or structures should be installed. 【錄用人員要求】 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)詳圖經(jīng)理 • 必須是一名中國(guó)公民 • 必須精通英語(yǔ)，至少4級(jí)，最好是6級(jí)。 • 必須至少有10年的建模，詳圖深化，檢查鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 • 必須有建筑施工和重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 • 必須有至少5年的圖紙深化部門經(jīng)理或主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 • 必須具備Tekla & AutoCAD專業(yè)知識(shí)。 • 必須有能力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理下屬，并提供提供指導(dǎo)。 • 必須熟悉AISC和EN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以及AWS焊接符號(hào)。 • 必須能夠熟練編寫RFI’s 并管理正在執(zhí)行中的項(xiàng)目變更。 • 必須有AISC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下的重型厚板的制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及重型螺栓連接的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Senior Structural Steel Detailer   • Must be Native Chinese Citizen • Must be proficient in English Language， at least Level 4， preferably Level 6. • Must have at least 10 years of continuous experience modeling， detailing， checking of structural steel. • Must have building construction and heavy steel structure experience. • Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a detailing department manager or supervisor. • Must have professional knowledge of Tekla & AutoCAD. • Must be able to provides leadership， mentoring and management to a full department of subordinates. • Must be familiar with AISC & EN Standards， and AWS Welding Symbols. • Must be comfortable writing RFI’s and managing changes in a running project. • Must be experienced with heavy and thick plate fabrication， as well as heavy bolted connections， per AISC. • 經(jīng)理須管理30名員工。 • 必須有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)位或技術(shù)證書。 • 必須了解一般結(jié)構(gòu)詳圖和工程設(shè)計(jì)原理。 • 必須能夠使用Word、Excel和CAD。 • 精通數(shù)學(xué)，包括三角學(xué)，以計(jì)算角度和斜率。 該工作位于江蘇省蘇州市太倉(cāng)，靠近太倉(cāng)港。距離上海市區(qū)的開(kāi)車時(shí)間是60分鐘，距離寶山地區(qū)45分鐘，距離昆山市50分鐘，距離蘇州市75分鐘，距離太倉(cāng)城市25分鐘。 • The manager must supervise a staff of 30. • Must have a degree or technical certificate in related field. • Must understand general structural detailing and engineering design principles. • Must be able to use Word， Excel， and CAD programs. • Proficient in math， including trigonometry in order to calculate angles and slopes. • This job is located in Taicang City， Suzhou， Jiangsu Province， near the port of Taicang. The driving time to Shanghai City downtown area is 60 minutes. Baoshan District 45 minutes. Kunshan City 50 minutes. Suzhou City 75 minutes. Taicang City 25 minutes.  郵箱：wendy.zhu@mdhichina.com
